Welcome to Proclaimer! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Proclaimer platform, plugin, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Overview of the Service
Proclaimer provides a plugin that integrates with WordPress to validate website content using market-leading AI detection services. Users can select widget styles, generate a code snippet, and validate content through our software to receive one of three analysis scores: Human Created, AI Assisted, or AI Powered.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1. To use Proclaimer, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2.2. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.
3. Subscription and Payments
3.1. Subscription Fee: The Proclaimer subscription fee is $10 USD per month. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
3.2. Validation Allowance: Each subscription includes 300 content validations per month. This allowance renews on the 1st of every month for all users.
3.3. Exceeding Validations: If you consume all 300 validations within a month, the widgets will no longer appear publicly if changes are made to the content without validation. The widgets will resume normal functionality when validations renew on the 1st of the following month.
3.4. Single Subscription Per Website: Each Proclaimer subscription is allocated to a single WordPress website. If you wish to use Proclaimer on multiple websites, you must purchase a separate subscription for each additional website.
3.5. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing one month’s notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the notice period.
